I have seen many jobs related to social media evaluation, audio recordings, and transcriptions jobs because today social media is growing very fast and diversity in culture requires easy understanding so recording jobs are more.

My honest review
After seeing all the features, functionalities, and improvements done so far you must have got the idea about the new Crowdgen Appen portal.
I liked the interface and easy to navigate menus but still, I didn’t find the previously applied projects. Some of projects I was waiting for screening and completed all steps including final qualification test. Also they send automatic project email to apply matching with your profile.
It’s sad for me because I lost all those projects with this new portal. Data collection tasks were easy to access but now these are in available projects. I don’t think these will now be easily available for everyone.
Based on my experience and the features available on Crowdgen I will give the following rating

However, the infographics, and details of the project clearly and visually helped me to visualize the work I am going to do.
Final thoughts- Good or Bad?
Every change is necessary. A great saying fits here as well because Appen realized the need of contributors experience and ease of accessing the project, working on the same and how it feels as freelance contributor.
Also, there could be factors involving scaling Appen’s AI business in collaboration with Crowdgen. But overall it is good for everyone because additional payment methods, choosing work hours, updating skills and profile to receive more project invitation are really good steps for any freelance worker.
